Each loaf takes over 30 hours to complete, ensuring the highest quality and flavour. Due to this meticulous process, we require you to place your order at least 2 days before baking day.
In addition to our signature sourdough, we offer a delightful side menu featuring bagels, focaccia, banh mi, and more to come—all made with the same commitment to natural wild yeast.
