Beginner Sourdough Workshop
Not just how to bake but understanding how it works
Sourdough is more than following steps.
It’s about reading the dough, understanding fermentation,
and knowing how to respond.
In this class, we focus on both practice and theory,
so you don’t just bake for the day,
but leave with something you can continue on your own.
